At Horze, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unused equestrian gear. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Horze account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that horse rugs are free of hair and dirt, and include the completed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
